The Rosen Building is located in the South Lake Union area of Seattle at the corner of Republican St. and Terry Ave. N, one block east of Westlake Ave. N and one block south of Mercer St.

By Bus or UWShuttle

The NIDACenter may be reached via bus using Metro Transit (routes 17 and 70 have the closest stops) or the South Lake Union Shuttle from the UW Health Sciences Center on campus.

Driving Directions:

  • From Interstate-5 (North or South) take the Mercer Street exit
  • Left on Fairview Ave. N at the light
  • Right on Republican St. after one block
  • Right on Westlake Ave. N at the light
  • Right on Mercer St. at the light
  • Right into the parking lot at the end of the 1st block, just before Terry St. This will bring you to the back of the Rosen Bldg.
South Lake Union

These directions circle you around the building to the parking lot ($4.00/day). However, you may find street parking on Republican St. and Terry St. in front of the building or on Westlake Ave. N (there is free one hour and two hour parking available).

Rosen is a secure building, so please dial one of the following numbers from the phones at the entrances to the building:

PLEASE NOTE: There are phones at the Republican St. and Mercer St. (parking lot) entrances only.
